1.5 tsp pimenton (paprika)
1/2 bunch of oregano, leaves stripped
Some basil seeds and their leaves
Rind of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Combine the ingredients, turn out onto a baking tray. Roast for 45 mins in a preheated 180C oven or until they have nice colour and are crispy on bits. Drain on absorbent paper and serve immediately.
