2 cloves garlic
1 thumb ginger
Rind and juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 tbs sesame oil
3 tbs olive oil
1 tbs mirrin or so
1 tsp Chinese 5 spice
Lots of salt and cracked pepper
Blend it all together and check for seasoning, rub all over meat and allow it to marinade. Barbecue over a medium heat, baste, rest eat lots of.
